Support Worker Requirements

Our support workers play an important role in delivering safe, respectful, and person-centred support. We look for people who meet the required checks and bring genuine care, reliability, and professionalism to every shift.

Mandatory Requirements

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check, where required
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Valid working rights in Australia

Skills & Qualities

  • Kind, respectful, and patient approach

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
  • Ability to work independently and safely
  • Commitment to person-centred support

Preferred Experience

  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support
  • Experience in disability or community care
  • Manual handling training
  • Driver’s licence and reliable transport
  • Understanding of participant choice and dignity
