Mandatory Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check, where required
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Check
- Valid working rights in Australia
Skills & Qualities
- Kind, respectful, and patient approach

- Ability to work independently and safely
- Commitment to person-centred support
Preferred Experience
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support
- Experience in disability or community care
- Manual handling training
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Understanding of participant choice and dignity
