Account & Data Deletion Request

Users of CareHub by HPS may request deletion of their account and personal data through:

• The mobile application:
  • Menu → Account Settings → Delete Account

Or by contacting us at:

info@hpersonalisedsupport.org ↗

When a deletion request is submitted:

• User account information will be permanently deleted
• Associated personal information will be removed from our systems within 30 days
• Some records may be retained if required by law or compliance obligations
