Heartfelt Personalised Support also protects the privacy and confidentiality of staff information. The organisation follows the Workplace Privacy Best Practice Guide developed by the Fair Work Ombudsman when managing employee personal information, including contact details, employment records, conduct, hours, wages, leave, taxation, banking, and superannuation information.
